Agile Finland ry is enabling the European Testing Conference 2017 edition to take place in Helsinki, Finland through providing the volunteer organization setting the conference up the financial framework. European Testing Conference takes place in Wanha Satama, Helsinki, Finland on February 8.-10th 2017, and consists of a two day conference with international speakers and a day of pre-conference trainings. The conference is about testing, not testers and we welcome all roles to explore practical ideas to making your testing awesome!

Testing is about breaking illusions, not the code. There’s all kinds of illusions to break with the power of empirical evidence and setting up experiments to figure out what is real and what is more of an illusion. Join us to learn how to more effectively, in collaboration with various skillsets, deliver that value of feedback.

The tickets are at their cheapest while the program is not available (super early bird pricing), but still cheap for the great contents even at their full price.

European Testing Conference is out to change the world of conferences by showing an example. Our speakers are compensated for their travel, and we share profits with them. The remaining profits are used to support new voices financially to make their way to speak at the international conferences. We believe that for the best contents you need the best speakers, and the best speakers should be paid for the work they do.  We also screen all our speakers not just reading their abstract, but actually having a discussion with them on what and how they deliver.

This awesome conference is brought to you by the organizing team: Maaret Pyhäjärvi (Finland, tester), Adi Bolboaca (Romania, programmer), Alina Ionesco (Romania, tester), Aki Salmi (Finland, programmer),  Llewellyn Falco (USA, programmer), and Peter Schrijver (Netherlands, tester).
